Cramps 10dpofaq

Cramps 10dpofaq - I’m 10dpo as well, and i had a little bit of cramping yesterday. But i’ve also been pretty. how should i put it? I’ve had breast tenderness for days now, too. Anyone else tracking ovulation and noticing cramps at 10dpo? I’ve been logging my symptoms and each month cramping really ramps up around this time. I only recently got my period back. Anyone ever get af cramps this early on in their lp. I usually don't get them till the day before af is due (14dpo). And my cramps aren't exactly nice (twingy cramps),. I was convinced i wasn't pregnant as the cramps were exactly the same if not worse and sharper than af cramps. If you don't normally cramp it might be a sign for you! If you don't normally cramp it might be a sign for you!
